    • A deep understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and asana alignment is essential.
    • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Responsibilities:

    • Conduct scheduled yoga classes at the assigned location.
    • Tailor classes to suit students’ needs and abilities.
    • Provide hands-on adjustments and modifications to ensure student safety.
    • Arrive punctually and maintain a professional appearance.
    • Participate in workshops, events, and additional training sessions as required.
    • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the yoga space before and after classes.
    • Encourage and promote the studio’s philosophy, values, and community spirit.
  4. Contract and Compensation:

    • This position may be offered as part-time or full-time based on availability and studio requirements.
    • Compensation will be determined based on experience, certification level, and class type. Payment may be on an hourly or per-class basis (Rs. 800/hourly/class). You’ll be compensated Rs. 800/(hourly/class). Include additional details on compensation structure, such as bonuses for exceeding class size or enrollment targets.
    • Teachers are eligible for performance-based bonuses or additional compensation for workshops and private sessions.
  5. Working Hours and Availability:

    • The teacher must commit to the schedule agreed upon with the studio, including weekday and/or weekend classes.
    • Flexibility to cover additional classes or workshops is appreciated.
    • Punctuality is critical, and any changes to the agreed schedule must be communicated in advance.
  6. Code of Conduct:

    • Yoga teachers are expected to embody the values of yoga, both on and off the mat.
    • Maintain a respectful and supportive attitude toward students, fellow teachers, and staff.
    • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in disciplinary action or termination.
    • Maintain confidentiality regarding students’ personal information and health conditions.
  7. Health and Safety Compliance:

    • Ensure all students are practicing safely and within their limits.
    • Report any incidents or injuries that occur during classes.
    • Follow and promote the studio’s health and safety guidelines, including hygiene and social distancing protocols where applicable.
    • Stringently adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the studio.
  8. Termination of Employment:

    • Either party may terminate the contract by providing [insert notice period] notice in writing.
    • Immediate termination may occur if there is a breach of contract, failure to adhere to the code of conduct, or other serious violations.
    • Attendance and Cancellations: Attending all scheduled classes is crucial. Late arrivals or cancellations with less than [notice period 2 days] notice may result in deductions from your compensation.

    • Notice Period: This agreement may be terminated by either party with [notice period 30 days] written notice.

    • Cause for Termination: We reserve the right to immediately terminate this agreement for cause, which may include unprofessional conduct, violations of safety protocols, or consistent non-compliance with studio policies.

  9. Intellectual Property and Studio Policy:

    • All class materials, routines, and any work produced during employment are the intellectual property of the studio, unless otherwise agreed.
    • Teachers are prohibited from soliciting studio clients for external private sessions without prior approval.
  10. Amendments to Terms:

    • The studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice.

Optional Student Promotion: With the studio’s permission, you may independently promote your classes to attract students.

Independent Expenses: Please note that you’re responsible for any expenses incurred related to your teaching, such as travel or teaching props.

Studio Policies and Procedures:

Familiarization and Adherence: You’re required to thoroughly familiarize yourself with and strictly adhere to all studio policies and procedures, which will be provided upon accepting this agreement.

Independent Contractor Agreement:

Understanding and Acknowledgment: You acknowledge and understand that you are considered an independent contractor, and an employee of Yoga Teacher vacancy. You hold sole responsibility for your own taxes, social security contributions, and any other relevant legal or financial obligations.

Entire Agreement and Governing Law:

Comprehensiveness: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and India regarding your yoga teaching/yoga instructor position. It supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements, whether oral or written.
